This website, focusnext.in, is run by Focusnext, a retailer of computers, printers, CCTV and office electronics with its store at Ground, APSARA THEATER, D.No: 42/108 SVR Complex, Theatre Road, near HDFC bank, Chinna Chauku, Andhra Pradesh 516002 (“Focusnext”, “we”, “us”). We sell our own stock — we are not a marketplace for other sellers.

By browsing the website or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy. These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a physical or digital signature.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to buy from us. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order.

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code sent by SMS. Keep your phone secure — anyone who receives the code can access your orders. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST and other applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately before you pay.
• A struck-through price is the maximum retail price (MRP) or our earlier price; the price you pay is the one shown in bold.
• Items marked “Price on request” are in stock but don’t have an online price yet — contact us for a quote. Prices quoted by phone or WhatsApp are valid for the period we tell you.
• We describe products as accurately as we can, using the manufacturer’s specifications. Photos are for illustration; packaging and colours may vary slightly.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it — after a successful online payment, or after you confirm a Cash on Delivery order. You will see the confirmation on screen and in your account, and we may also send it by WhatsApp, SMS or email.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the delivery address can’t be served, if we suspect fraud, or if the quantity suggests resale. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallets, or choose Cash on Delivery where it is available. We never see or store your full card details.

If a payment is deducted but the order isn’t confirmed, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within a few working days. Contact us with the transaction reference if it isn’t.

We issue a GST invoice for every order.

Repair bookings, quotes and service complaints are handled through our service portal (Book 2 Repair). Charges, estimates and timelines for a repair are agreed with you before work starts, and are recorded on the job card you receive at the store.

You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful, or to place fake or fraudulent orders;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, other customers’ accounts or our systems, or disrupt them;
• copy or scrape product data, prices or images in bulk, or use automated tools to request login codes;
• upload or send anything harmful, offensive or that infringes someone else’s rights.

We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.

The website’s design, text and our logo belong to Focusnext. Product names, brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.

We are responsible for supplying products as described and for the services we provide. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses (such as lost profit or data) when a product is used commercially, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or courier disruptions.

Please back up your data before handing a device in for repair or replacement. These limits do not apply where the law doesn’t allow them to, and they don’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly (see Grievance Redressal). Subject to your right to approach a Consumer Commission, the courts at Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
